The Pattern Book: Marketplace Terms

Selling

Selling requires a Pro or Studio membership and a completed Stripe seller account. Stripe pays you directly; Frog and Thread never holds your money.
The platform fee is 15% of each sale (10% for verified creators). The minimum listing price is $4 USD.
You may only list patterns you created or have the rights to sell. Every listing requires an ownership attestation, and listings that infringe someone else\'s work are removed. Repeat infringement ends selling privileges.
You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. Stripe provides your payout records and tax documents in your Stripe dashboard.

Purchases are delivered to your Frog and Thread library immediately after payment and include a personal use license: make as many quilts as you like, including quilts you sell as finished items, but do not resell or redistribute the pattern itself.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Digital patterns are generally not refundable once delivered. If something is wrong with a purchase, contact [email protected] and we will make it right. If a purchase is refunded, the pattern is removed from your library.

Frog and Thread may remove listings that violate these terms or our community guidelines.
These terms supplement the Frog and Thread Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
